1. Order Processing

- Customs and Duties: International orders may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
3. Shipping Destinations
- We ship worldwide, with primary markets including the North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific regions. Some locations may have limited shipping options and therefore we may not be able to ship to certain destinations. To check with which destinations are available, add a product to cart and proceed to our checkout page, input your delivery address and our system will notify you if we are able to ship to your delivery location.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your package’s progress on the courier’s website.
- Note: Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery time, contact us within 30 days of shipment. We’ll work with the courier to locate your package or provide a replacement/refund.
- Damaged Items: If your items arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, subject to availability.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Return Policy: We accept returns for defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
